Description
Geologists continue to debate the formation of laccoliths. Two competing models that can explain their emplacement include a vertical feeder dike and a horizontal magma feeder. The Henry Mountains in south-central Utah provide an ideal location to study the formation of laccoliths. McNair Scholar project. Faculty advisor: Sven Morgan.
